MVCC brings the excitement of local high school football into homes across the community with its “Game of the Week” broadcasts. Each week, viewers can tune in to catch the most anticipated matchups, featuring talented young athletes giving their all on the gridiron.
These broadcasts not only showcase the skill and determination of local teams but also capture the electric atmosphere of high school football—from the roar of the crowd to the passion on the sidelines.
MVCC’s coverage goes beyond just the game, offering insights into team strategies, player profiles, and the rich traditions that make high school football a cornerstone of Southwest Ohio life.
By shining a spotlight on these young athletes and their schools, MVCC helps foster a sense of pride and unity, turning each Friday night into a celebration of local talent and sportsmanship.
Due to contracts with another streaming provider, some games will not be live. These games will be available at the conclusion of the game.
(Each school maintains the right to allow live games as determined by OHSAA. Prior to COVID, we could not live stream any Friday games. During COVID, they all allowed us to live stream the games, but that is cutting back.)
The LINK column indicates whether they will be live or not. The NOT LIVE games will be switched from private to public after the game ends.

History
Miami Valley Communications Council is a municipal communications and technology organization representing the eight member cities of Centerville, Germantown, Kettering, Miamisburg, Moraine, Oakwood, Springboro and West Carrollton. The council also has affiliate agreements with other Miami Valley cities. MVCC was formed in 1975 as a council of governments to monitor, regulate, and administer common cable television franchise agreements, manage the operation of the council's cable access television channels, and develop and implement intergovernmental projects designed to strengthen communications between member cities and their citizens. A policy-making body consisting of delegates representing member cities governs the council.
Funding
MVCC is funded through franchise fees paid by the cable service provider. Franchise fees are rent that the cable company pays for placing its wires over or under the public rights-of-way (streets.) MVCC uses these franchise fees to support its community access television activities, cooperative intergovernmental projects, and to explore new and changing technologies that will benefit member communities. The council, in turn, provides many services to our communities at little or no cost.
